I am experincing primer pro freez while working with graphics.

Computer specification :
i9 Processor,
64 GB RAM,
1TB SSD,
8 GB Graphic card Raddon W5100, 
Still when i open preffrences or i work on graphics like txt primer pro freezes.
I have tried Adjusting : RAM use to 64 GB for primer pro, Deleted all cashes and many more fixes availible on youtube, 

Please guide what can i do to work fluently.

Set your computers power setting to Max/Full power then test.

All computer come with the power option set to Balanced and also have settings in the BIOS/UEFI to Limit the speed of the CPU and other components to save power. You need to disable all that for your system to run at it full rated speed.
