I am migrating to a newer version of Premiere Pro on my MAC (14.1 to 24.6.1). Need help with migrating / backing up ALL settings presets etc.

I am migrating to a newer version of Premiere Pro on my MAC (14.1 to 24.6.1). I want to backup /migrate ALL Settings Presets. There are two folders to copy from the older version. I know the first file location, but can't find the second on my Mac. 

First folder: Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro 

The second folder I am un sure, the tutorial I followed gave me a PC folder path: %AppData%\

This is the YouTube tutorial I am following.

  1. What is the second file location for Mac. I can’t find the folder. 
  1. Also any other steps I should take to migrate from ? Thank you.

      @Kevin-Monahan  thank you. I have migrated over to the new version already due to the MAC OS had to be updated to keep up with Microsoft software by July 20th. When I migrated over to the new version it seems short cuts, preferences and workstations have migrated over on their own. I will reach out if I have further questions or issues.         1. The folder directory you gave me, do I copy all files over to the new version or just the layouts folder? I am just migrating from an old version to a new version, not migrating to a new computer on the same version. This is what I found on google for migrating from old version to new version:
         

        • What to copy: Copy the Layouts folder. This folder contains your custom panel arrangements and editing workspaces.
        • What to ignore: Ignore the core preferences file (Adobe Premiere Pro Prefs). Forcing an old preference file into a new version of Premiere Pro frequently corrupts the audio hardware mappings and timeline settings.[1, 2]



        2. Also, are there any other folders/files I need to migrate over?

        Thank you for your help, newbie here and I am trying to upgrade work computer without IT department’s help.
