I am recieveing no audio output from Premiere

I can't hear any audio from premiere pro. I can see waveforms and meters, but I can't hear anything. I have tried all the fixes I could find on the internet. I have reinstalled. I have tried two different headphone jacks on my computer. Things like this are really frustrating to me due to deadlines with my projects.

I am running Windows 10. Newest version of Premiere (I tried older versions).
