I am trying to import a sequence of raw images into premiere pro to create a stop motion sequence but premiere keeps saying there is an error I have read so many steps online but I don't know how to import them all

   I am trying to make a stop motion sequence in premiere pro but the images will not import into premiere- help!

    I don't believe PP can handle the RAW files.  You'll need to convert them to a standard image format first.  I recommend PNG, as it's lossless.

    Correct Premiere does not support CR2 or NEF for that matter.

    Post error message.

    Image sequence needs to be sequential.

    No difficult names but something like name0001.jpg

    Also set Indeterminate media timebased to sequence framerate.

    I have already named the images in sequential order however when i import in premiere and find the file it says it is empty. It says the files are saved as CR2 files but I shot them in RAW is this stopping them importing?
