I bought second-hand adobe Premiere Cs3. Can I register and use this product? It cannot install.

My system is Windows 10 64 Bit. I traied to instal it and cannot. Is there any way to instal it? The Onlocation program stoped like on the picture. And premiere wrote "the name of the file is uncorect"

I am very sorry to tell you this, but you cannot use that copy any more. You see, Adobe had permanently deactivated all of the activation servers for all older versions of the Creative Suite a few years ago. This includes all versions up to and including CS4.

 

In other words, you bought an unusable program.
