I can no longer use the stock audio in Premiere Pro. I get a pop up saying that the CC element cannot be added because CC Library cannot be found. Where should my CC Library be and how can I get it back or recreate it?

    Hi Carolyn,

Thanks for the additional information. Since your Libraries are still available online, you shouldn't need to recreate them.

In Premiere Pro, go to Window > Libraries and check whether your Creative Cloud Libraries appear there. If they do, try clicking the Sync button in the Libraries panel to force a manual sync.

Adobe has more information about accessing and syncing Creative Cloud Libraries in Premiere here:

If your Libraries don't appear at all in the Libraries panel, let us know and we can troubleshoot the Creative Cloud connection from there.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

My libraries exist online in Creative Cloud but Premiere Pro doesn’t seem to access them and they seem to be missing from my computer.
