I can't create presets

Hi,
I can't create presets in Premiere Pro. When I click "Create Preset" on my effect, it simply doesn't show up in the effects panel. I can't find it even with a search.
I can't install presets either, well, I can, but as soon as I exit Premiere Pro, they'll disappear too and won't save.
Thanks for your help.

 

Version : 25.1, Windows 11.

    Can you find this file on your computer? It's used to store your custom presets:

    Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpset

    If so, where is it saved? Could it be locked or uneditable for some reason?

      This may be a bug. I try on Premiere Pro Beta 2025 and it works.
