I can't create presets

Question

Hi,I can't create presets in Premiere Pro. When I click "Create Preset" on my effect, it simply doesn't show up in the effects panel. I can't find it even with a search.I can't install presets either, well, I can, but as soon as I exit Premiere Pro, they'll disappear too and won't save.Thanks for your help. Version : 25.1, Windows 11.

Can you find this file on your computer? It's used to store your custom presets:Effect Presets and Custom Items.prfpsetIf so, where is it saved? Could it be locked or uneditable for some reason?
