I CAN'T CREATE PROXIES ANYMORE - proxy doesn't work

After one proxy, the screen freezes like this with the bar fully loaded on the previous proxy but never continues to render the next ones. 
I tried to install other versions of AME but no one works. 

It seems like there is no connection between premiere pro and ame (dynamic link doesn't function or smth like this)

Can someone help me to solve this please..

    Othe people who have had the 205 error fixed it by signing out of CC and signing back in again.

    Not working on CC2018 windows 7. This problem started after a payment did not go through and now after payment has been completed, pp will no longer create proxies for my mavic air 2s drone
