i can't find my projects

i need serious help i was 99% done with a video and then i was notified that i was low on storage then not long after my laptop went off i put it back on , because i was in a rush i deleted my whole document in my pc but i backed it up on my hard drive then i opened my premiere pro then i didn't see any of my projects anymore
