I can't import quicktime videos downloaded from google photo. Only audio is imported.

I have a MacBook Pro and a Google Pixel 5a phone. Google photo is the default for photos and vidoes I take with my phone. I need to be able to edit the videos using Premiere. When I import them, only the audio is imported.

I am seeing lots of people discussing this problem since 2018, but can't find a solution or work around that resolves the issue. Help please!
