If you drag the video file to your source monitor, does it play there or does it only have issues in the program monitor?

Here is how to play a video in the source monitor. Does this work?

Hi Trung,

Go to Edit menu>Preferences>Audio Hardware and check if the sample rate there matches with the sample rate selected in Windows>Sounds>Playback devices>Properties>Advanced. If not, select the same in that too.

In Editing, the videos I put on it does not let me preview. You can watch the video to understand the problems

Hi Trung,

Please explain a little bit more from Video I understand that you click on the play button and it stops automatically after few seconds and then you have to click it again. If you are editing anything or you click any other panel except the program monitor will stop the playback.

So, please elaborate it more and let me know the complete system specs like RAM, Graphics card, Playback devices, Microphone attached, Media used in the project (make and model of the camera) etc.
