I can't select export buttons

I have a problem with Premiere. When I select export, I notice the Queue and Export buttons are behind the task bar. When I try to move the export screen up it automatically goes down again meaning I can't select the Queue and Export buttons.

Is this a glitch and what can I do to fix it?

Try:

Reset your workspace.
Choose a different workspace.
Maximize the Pr window, then restore it down.
Resize the Pr window.
Resize the Export Media dialog.

MInimum screen resolution is 1280x800.

Might need a bigger screen.
