Hi @firas35214862u9h8,I received your message. Can you please furnish the community with more info about your computer system and media? Have you tried the current version of Premiere Pro? You can install that side by side to see if that might be better (be sure to check Preferences in Creative Cloud to make you don't delete this older version of Premiere Pro). With more info and a new version to test with, I think we can help you more readily. Sorry for the problems. Thanks,Kevin
