I can't use cloud backup (Premiere Pro)

The option for creative cloud backup is greyed out for me. I use Windows 10. I use Adobe products on 2 machines, I can backup stuff on my other machine (laptop). I would like to be able to edit this project on the laptop too. Thanks.
