I can't use my GPU to render

Question

Can anyone help me? I am trying to render using my GPU, even setting the configuration to use GPU acceleration it still uses the processor, what can I do?

My PC:

Gigabyte Aorus B450M

AMD Ryzen 5 1600

Radeon Rx 570 4 GB

RAM 2 * 8Gb 2400mhz DDR4

are you running the latest update?If so, it's pretty sad it's Adobe 2020 and they haven't utilized the GPU yet. I have an RTX 2080.. and it does me no good.Unfortunately,  If you don't have any GPU accelerated effects on your timeline, or you are not resizing when you transcode , it's mostly all Cpu. come on adobe! Even Davinci resolve leverages the GPU(S)!
