I cannot add a title - I press "add" and it does nothing.

I am on mobile. Before you try giving me some annoying awnser yes I have tried restarting everything. I cannot add a title, it will not let me. It is on a video. It is not hidden below. It press ad and it simply does nothing.

If you are in Premiere, and adding a title from the Essential Graphics Browse tab, first ... you need to add it to the track above your video clips. It doesn't go "on" them directly. So that track needs to be available and active.
