I cannot delete files on Frame io

Hi everyone, hoping someone can help.

I’m currently using Frame.io as part of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and I’m running into an issue with storage. I’ve deleted a number of files and folders, but my storage usage doesn’t seem to decrease at all.

I’ve checked and removed content from my projects, but it looks like the space isn’t being freed up. I’m wondering if there’s something I’m missing, such as a trash or archive area that also needs to be cleared, or if there’s a delay before storage updates.

Has anyone experienced this before? Do files need to be permanently deleted from somewhere else, or is there another step required to actually free up space?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
