i cannot find Properties by clicking right mouse button on clip, where it is?

Note the meaning of "Properties" has shifted in Premiere Pro (as Ann Bens has hinted at). Announcement of forthcoming features here which includes this line:

"Properties Window for source clips has been renamed to Media File Properties."

(This change came with 24.5, though the new "Properties" panel is still in beta)

Feature has been removed from timeline.

Right click on clip in project window > Media file properties
