I cannot record because one of the record-enabled tracks is turned off in the timeline

I have been struggling to record audio on my premier problem for a while no I've tried everything, checked and tried all the possible ways I found on google and YouTube but it still won't work

I'm thinking I should reset premier pro to its default settings as I have been trying different things in setting before (and I haven't used it for months) any help is on resetting or sorting out the audio I'd be most grestful
