I cant connect adobe premiere pro to adobe after effects, i used dynamic link and its not working

I have multiple AEP files from after effects in premiere pro it was working fine after closing the pp, now its not working i tried deleting cache, dynamic link connection, closed all apps. (opening AE then PP still the same issue)

adobe does not respect its users, with all that budget and it can't fix bugs?? i wasted 3 hours and client is waiting for the project, It is my mistake to put trust in adobe
