I cant drag to the time line the audio of the videos.

Since I upgraded premiere pro, I can hear and see the audio preview, but when I drag the video the time line, the audio doesnt set in the timeline. I even tried  to drag only the audio to the time line but it was imposible. Then, I went to the esencials audio, and when a drag it, works perfectly. 

I´m a bit confused and starting to think that I have to do a downgrade.

Please, what can I do?
