I cant seem to export my video. Stuck at 99% Adobe Premiere Pro 2025

I have had trouble finding a fix for my export. I have tried going to the project settings to change the Mercury Acceleration setting but the mercury playback engine option is grayed out. I have been looking everywhere for a fix. I am on Windows 11. Please help me

It had went away but now it has started again. How can I check my version without exiting the export?

Does this happen on all sequences you're trying to export? Have you tried other sequences? What about other projects or making a new project?

Hi curious_gift5EE2,

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please confirm the exact version of Premiere Pro you are using & the Export Settings that you have used? Also, have you tried exporting in any other format to check if it's exporting properly?
