I don't 'Captions' among File -> New, neither among New Item ->

Hey everyone!

 

Windows 10 user here. I would like to add captions to my video in Premiere Pro. The problem is, I can't see them in File -> New, neither in New Item ->. I updated Premiere to v. 15., but it didn't solve the problem.

Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Captions have changed in version 15.

Go up to window and hit TEXT.

You can also set your workspace to Captions.
