I found a bug in PP/Media Encoder

Premiere Pro V 14/ Media Encoder v 14.2
I dont know how to report a bug thought Id post here, I suppose it may have already been found anyways
I rendered sme footage had some text in it, just a simple single line text layer, centered horizontal and vertical. All is fine in the editor. I load the project onto Media Encoder and render in. The text is now push off to the left (in this case with this line of text, a couple letters are now cut off)
I then rendered directly out of Premiere Pro, and everything rendered correctly. Appears somehow Media Encoder had a problem rendering the text layer properly
