Hi guys, I recently bought a new pc with ryzen 5 5600x, 4060ti, 32 RAM. I was excited to download CC programs with the new pc when I was greeted with the error attached below. The system build is also posted below.

Correct answer Hi Im36881260gjjy

Hi guys! I was able to fix it. It seems like the problem the whole time was the incompatibility of opera gx and adobe. it was giving me false system requirements error. Thank you all for replying to me

Are you trying to download from the Creative Cloud app?

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

this is where I'm downloading it from. The official adobe site.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
