I have a DVD and would like to make mpeg clips of parts of it.

These are the files I have and this is a first for me, so not sure what the first step is....

So... 2 ideas

1 - try the FREE https://handbrake.fr/ open source transcoder/converter

2 - do an Internet search for "convert vob to mp4" (without the " " marks)
