I have a problem: A-low-level exception occurred in: Insta360Importer (Importer:39)

Hey! I'm having a problem with Adobe Premiere, because the videos shot with the GoPro suddenly don't appear on the timeline (they did normally before), and they can't be re-imported into Premiere, nor into Encoder or other Adobe software. At the bottom right, you can see a red exclamation mark that reads "A-low-level exception occurred in: Insta360Importer (Importer:39)". However, videos shot with a GoPro open normally on a computer and e.g. in Insta360 Studio. What is the cause of this and what can be done about it?

Hey Noora,

Welcome to the community. I can understand how frustrating this must be. Could you try the most recent version of Insta360 Studio (4.7.1)? It was released last week, and the notes mention some bug fixes. Let us know if you still see the issue.

Thanks,

Ishan
