I have added Chapter Markers and labeled them, was this correct, and how to I get the menu to show\edit options?

In Premier Pro CC I am editing my first dance recital, I have added Chapter Markers and labeled them individually, was this correct, and how to I get the menu to show\edit options?

    Do you want the list of all added chapter markers? You can see & edit the list of markers in Markers panel.

    In menu bar, Window > Markers.
