I have to link all media again and again in premier pro

Question

I am using intel custom built pc12600kb660 mboard3060 12gb gpu32 gb ram 3 SSD internal drives for window os,media and temp foldersAnd i am facing an issue that once in a week i got a problem that my projects stops working like "impoter error 39,81" and computer got stuck everytime and also the media files that i am working on goes autometically offline and i have to relink again. When i relink media some files not link again and i have to move them in another location. Sometimes i got help from adobe agent but that works for few days after that the same problem still reamins. Someone can explain that this is hardware problem or software problem ?

That sounds like some sort of file permissions issue there. And those can be a bugger to sort out, had that myself a couple times. You have to find which disc/folder/subfolder has permissions restricted to typically read or write or none. Or some other odd thing.

Sometimes giving Premiere "Run as Administrator" priveleges in a PC works. Sometimes ... removing that works. Very frustrating at times.
