Offline all your footage. Relink media to high res footage. If it keeps reconnecting your proxy footage, move your proxy folder elsewhere.

Try Step 2i below, relinking to the originals.

Instead of importing original files attached to proxy files.  I imported proxy files in a project and work them in timeline. So premiere recognizes them as original files. Now I finished editing. so I would like to colour grade and export them, but I can't export high resolution.

If I understand your problem correctly, you are using a workflow which is not the typical one with proxies and Premiere Pro and, after editing with the proxies, are having trouble with your proxies reconnecting to the high resolution files using the tools related to dealing with proxies and high res clips.

It sounds like you are trying to perform an offline/online workflow before the Premiere Pro Proxy workflow existed. I think your workflow goes something like this: create lower resolution files, edit with them, and then reconnect them to higher resolution files upon locking down the edit. This can work, as I understand it, however, the higher res clips have to have exactly the same name as the lower res clips, or you cannot relink to these higher res clips. My first question is: Are these two sets of clips named identically? If they are, you should be able to relink the clips to the higher res versions by making the lo res clips offline, and upon reconnecting, just point to the new folder of high res clips in the Link Media dialog.

If you are using this older method of working with lower res clips, I do not think it is a good idea to employ any of the tools associated with the newer Premiere Pro Proxy workflow: e.g. attaching and reconnecting hi res clips to proxies with those respective dialog boxes or using the blue proxies button. That only works if your proxy files are have a specific naming convention: they have to have an "_proxy" attached to its name. Since you did not create your proxies with an "_proxy" naming convention, reconnecting proxies to high res clips will probably not work correctly, as it appears has happened.

If simply reconnecting to identically named higher res clips does not work, what you might try is batch renaming your proxy clips to "clip name_proxy" and then see if your reconnecting scheme might work. Try a test with a single clip to see if it works and report back.

I hope you have better success once you have your clip naming issue sorted out. I hope I have understood your issue and given you the right advice. If not, give me more info and I'll try to assist further.
