I just installed Premiere Pro CC; all videos turn green and pink with vetrtical strips within the APP

I Installed the Premiere Pro CC today, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still does this weird thing.

It turns any video to green and pink with vertical strips. they work great outside the application.

the project panel looks good until I put my cursor over the file then it turns green too.

Roei's recommendation is good, and if that doesn't work, turn off GPU Acceleration (under File -> Project Settings and set Renderer to Software Only). OR Try going to the application preferences and turn off "Enable accelerated H.264 decoding" under Media.
