I just updated premiere pro for the v26 and it changed my language to english instead of french

I have looked to change the language in the ctrl+f12 console with the command application language fr_ca and it does not work. Uninstalling it is my last resort i would need to ask a member of the tech team to do that and i would rather not at the moment. My preferences in my creative clouds are all set to french canadien. Has it anything to do with the update?
