I keep getting this error called Text(AEVideoFilter:15) please help

I just saw this error for the first time today. I had created a text layer, but exited the layer before typing anything, so it was empty. That's when the error started. When I deleted the empty text layer, the error went away.

So one thing you might try is select any clip with text, inspect it using the Edit tab of the Essential Graphics panel, and if the list of text layers includes any empty text layers, delete those.
