I'm having an issue with MOGRT files in Adobe Premiere Pro.

A client sent me several MOGRT templates to use in their videos. When I drag a MOGRT into the timeline, the graphic appears correctly, but the animation doesn't play at all—it just stays static.

I'm also unable to edit the text properly. The text controls appear in the Properties/Essential Graphics panel, but when I change the text, nothing updates in the actual graphic.

The same MOGRT files work correctly on another computer, so it seems to be an issue specifically with my Premiere Pro setup or my computer.

I've tried importing and reinstalling the MOGRTs, but the problem persists.

Does anyone know what could be causing this or what settings I should check?

    Like Sumeet asks, what version of Pr or Ae created them would be good to know. What build of Pr are you using? And Ae?

     

    And have you checked the mogrts in Ae on your computer?

    Everyone's mileage always varies ...

    Hi Moyku994,

    Sorry to hear about this. Do you know in which version of the app were these MOGRTs created? Does the playback issue occur only with the MOGRTs you’ve installed, or does it also happen with the built-in Graphics Templates? Also, please let us know the version of Premiere and After Effects that you are currently using.

    I dint know what version of PR or AE the client use, but it only happen to me, I have other co workers that can use them without any problem, and I cant open them in AE
