Question

I'm trying to open Premiere and it won't. It says "could not find any capable video modules"

Well I've pretty much gone through all the crap they've asked me to do in the article. It's not seeming to work. Though I'm not the most computer literate in the world, I'm not a dope. Some of the steps could have been explained a little better. So, anyone with any other suggestions while I wait on the phone for an hour?

If anyone has any ideas, throw 'em at me. I've got  nothing else to do other than sit here, waiting on the phone, worrying about what I needed to get done not being done. Anyone?....Anyone?....

I’ve been on the phone waiting for an hour. I’m just about to post to
Reddit. I haven’t tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Or rolling back. You
think I try that?
