I need to delete everything in premiere pro

I need to delete my premiere pro from my computer (Including all files with it) because I need/want to reset it completely for my computers benefit and to restart.  Is there a way to do this?  ( I would definitely be re downloading right after that. )

to completely remove the CC application(s) you want to remove.

thank you and if I re download it afterwards will it re download the files clean and brand new?

It will remove everything that was installed in your previous installation. It won't remove any source media files or saved projects, etc.
