I am a creative cloud user, but I have been asked to download Premiere Pro 12.1.1 build 10, as that is the version my client is using. However, it would seem that the oldest version avaliable for me to download via Creative Cloud is 13.1.5.
Am I able to find this old version anywhere? And if not, what is my best course of action? Is there another version that I am able to download which would be compatible?

Sorry for the issue. We simply cannot distribute legacy versions of Premiere Pro any longer for any reason.
What is my best course of action?
I would ask your client to update to a more recent version of Premiere Pro to align with your version since your situation is unteneable and cannot be remedied.
