Question

I need to speak with a Premiere Pro technical support representative by phone to resolve an issue. How can I get someone on the phone?

I have been trying to get information on how to get on a tech support phone call with someone at Adobe about Premiere and have not been able to. I am a paid Creative Cloud subscriber. Let me know. Thanks!

If you use the chat option, you can ask for the Video Queue.

What is the nature of your issue?

    Maybe we can help here.

I’m working on a Premiere Pro project that uses old Merged Clips. I created subtitle-burned versions of several lab-roll files that are frame-for-frame identical to the original media, including the same duration and timecode. I need to replace the original lab-roll media with the subtitle-burned versions while preserving all existing Merged Clip and sequence references. Premiere’s Replace Footage function does not seem to work correctly with these Merged Clips. I need technical assistance figuring out the correct way to relink/replace this media without breaking the existing sequences.
