This problem is now fixed, but it starts to lag and is very slow when scaling, adjusting colors, or adding effects.

Hi @POP HAIKHUN - I see you haven't given us a lot of information on your computer set up. I see you have the RTX 4090, do you have the latest Studio Driver installed? You can also check you preferences and make sure audio hardware > default input > is set to "No Input".

Thank you very much for the solution. Now I have done what you suggested. I have installed the latest Rtx driver and followed what you said but the editing still has the same problem: moving the image, adjusting the size, adjusting the color, there will be a delay of about 5-10 seconds. Please help me. It is causing a lot of delay after I updated to version 25.2.

You can delete the cache and reset the preferences to default. Hold down shift as you start PP from the normal desktop icon, then respond to the dialog. Try using a Default workspace and set it back to default conditions by double-click it. Also, you can try List View as the display type in the project manager.

A screenshot of your entire PP screen would be more helpful than a screen of blank squares.

I use Windows 11, 128 RAM, RTX4090 display. The problem is when I open the program, when the program displays an image in the display box, it will turn off by itself and freeze by itself like the example I showed you.
