I switched up some hardware and now a specific project crashes on opening.

I had a motherboard failure, so I swapped my SSD to a new mobo. Everything worked smootly over the transition, but now when I try to open a specific Premiere project, it throws an "ERF" error and crashes. GPU drivers are up to date, as is the Premiere version. Nothing in the file structure has changed, it's all stored locally, and I'm not sure what's ultimately causing the crash. I've attached a log file from a session that resulted in a crash.
