I upgraded to from 14.0 to 22.0 and lost my effects presets

I upgraded to from 14.0 to 22.0 and lost my effects presets and my favorites. I tried copying the files in C:\Users\{username}\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro\14.0 to the new 22.0 folder but that didn't give me my effects presets or my favorites back. It did give me my workspaces and essential graphic files and folders though. Anyone found a solution? I called the support number, but all he did is what I said above.
