I use Premiere Pro 2025 on PC Lenovo Think Pad

I edit a movie and added subtitles at the lower level prame. Today I notice that all subtitles moved a bit down so you can see only the top part of the letters. How do I fix it.

Hey Sam!

First, check your Zoom settings to see if the video is accidentally zoomed in a little bit. Make sure the Preview window is set to "Fit" so you can see your whole video.

 

If your subtitles still seem low, we can fix it. You can do this with the Properties panel. Select all of your subtitles in the Timeline, then look at the Properties panel. In the Properties panel, there is a section called "Align and Transform." You can use the Zone grid to change the placement of your subtitles, or click & drag on the blue numbers to edit the placement of the captions.
