I want to automate small video editing

Hello There,

I have hundreds of video, that I need to edit (the same modifictations on each videos)

Here are the modifications :

• Change the resolution, from 16:9 to 9:16 (with black spaces under and above)
• Add a picture at the beginning and at the end of the video
• Add a transition between the pictures and the video
• export the videos, with the same title and same format than the original (Different resolution, but still MP4, 1080P, and in another place)

I did almost 60 videos tonight with adobe express, but it took me hours, and it’s Kinda boring, and repetitive.

So I wondered if there is a way, using premiere, or anything else from adobe suit, to automate this workflow, because it’s alwas exactly the same modifications.

Obviously, In the future, we will record our videos in both format, 16:9 and 9:16, but at this point, we never thought to do it.
