I want to output all the voice channels of mxf the same.

I'd like to separate the audio into 4 separate mono channels just like the picture.
The mxf, which is commonly used for camera shooting, has four channels instead of eight
If you bring it to Premiere, it'll play either stereo or mono
I can see that each one clearly acts as a different volume.
Like this, I want to print the video equally.
It's a multi-channel multi-sequence production and output
The same result could not be obtained.
Please tell me how to print out exactly 4 channel mono instead of 8 channel 6 channel.
