Lately I've been noticing a lot of crashes (blue screen) when moving clips/sounds/texts on the timeline. (basically during light activity) No crashes when rendering video, under the load of playing clips. I also have no crashes in games or other applications! is it a fault of intel processor or adobe premiere???

latest driver/bios, set on intel save, etc.

More information... you MAY be able to get a replacement from Intel

Hey Buddy, I too have i9 14th 14900k and it was crashing same while doing heavy work like Render or export in Premiere or After Effects. Somehow I changes few settings in BIOS and it was better but now INTEL has sorted the issue and all you have to do ir to update your BIOS mannualy. Go to your motherboard provider site and download the latest Beta version of BIOS and install that.

Its fixed. I have updated mine and its working perfectly fine.

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear about this. What stopcode do you see on the blue screen error message? You can try running a CPU diagnostic test to check if that comes up with something (https://adobe.ly/3WQdPDA). Let us know how it goes. Blue screen error messages are usually related to hardware and drivers. I would also recommend checking for GPU driver updates.

Thanks,

Ishan

I saw mention of recent problems with Intel chips, I don't have a link but I think @RjL190365  made the mention
