Ignore Source Out Point

I'm on a shared computer and someone turned off Ignore Source Out Point when I cut a clip into my timeline from the source monitor (I prefer to set the out point on the timeline rather than in the Source Monitor). I know there's a way to turn the toggle back on so that Premiere asks me again which behavior I prefer, but I forget how to do it. Can someone remind me?

For anyone else who was wondering - the fix is to go to Settings>Timeline>Reset Fit Clip Dialog

Wouldn't you just set the in & out point on the timeline and only the in point on the source monitor?

On the shared computers at work, another user can change the setting to ignore target out point, which is not the behavior i want
