I am finishing my short project and now it woud be wise of me to archive my final work in a lossless manner, besides keeping the source.

I have been digging around for TIF, DPX, EXR and JPEG 2000. I believe DPX would be efficient of them all, based on my needs:

1. Lossless

2. Storage-efficient

So I've been going with TIF in the past, and they are great, but they are huge, Five minutes take me correspondingly 500GB. So I think if I could kind of compress that 16 bits of TIF to 10/12 bits of DPX, it would save me 25% the cost (AFAIK that's what Arri does with their RAW).

The problerm is I don't understnad how Premiere deal with DPX exporting so I am posting here to search for an explaination of those DPX settings. Additionally, I don't get how DPX deal with color space/color model. I actually have been with 16 bits TIFF,   not RGB but XYZ color model, DCI-P3 gamut.

I know JP2K saves the storage too, but the encoding time is disastrous for any pracital timing.
