import an old project[1 week old] into a new project and captions are all misaligned>>

I did update to a newer version of premiere pro because my project was corrupted, so I had to look through my autosaves to open an older version of the project, earlier ones were corrupted as well. However,  Importing this 1 week old older autosave version finally did the trick, and I'm able to open my project file again, thank god... But then all my captions for all my different projects are mismatched and misaligned.
