Import or convert TXT files as subtitles in Premiere Pro? (Premiere Pro 14.9 and earlier)

Hi,

I have a 120min video.

A supplier made the transcription and gave it as a .txt file, built this way :

[00:01:50.120]
Nous allons souvent revenir sur cette thématique aujourd'hui.

I want to include those subtitles in PPro, but I can't import this txt file in.

I definitely need those.

What is the simplest way to achieve this ?

I'm open to any solutions to import, convert, ...

ThanksVincent
