Import Problem

please fix your program instead of telling me not to double post. installing davinci resolve right now because the update to 24.0 killed my most recent project. i cant even open a single project since the update to 24.0. i already went back to 23.0 and 23.6 etc but premiere pro not working anymore. i was working on a project the last 2 weeks, made the update to 24.0 now because it was not running perfetly smooth but after i did the update nothing is working anymore. it goes that far that i get blackscreens and windows wont recognize my second monitor unless i hard reset my computer via power button. i deinstalled PP 5 times now and went to different versions every time. but for some reason i cant do anything since the update to 24.0 even though i already went back to older versions. some videoclips shown as offline now even though i worked with these videos 3 hours ago and not swapped their location on my hard drives and when i try to connect the offline media back with the actual media i get this notification " A generic error occured"
